The Challenge
Managing the complex, real-time synchronization of a multi-platform delivery ecosystem involving thousands of orders across customers, merchants, and a mobile driver fleet.
The Solution
A massive, scalable delivery infrastructure consisting of five specialized applications. We built a high-performance customer app for discovery and tracking, a dedicated merchant console for order management, and a native driver application with real-time route optimization. This is all orchestrated through a central brand dashboard and an advanced administrative command center that controls everything from user onboarding and commission handling to live platform configuration.
