Running a logistics marketplace requires role-specific workflows for super admins, suppliers, sub-suppliers, transport companies, sub-transport admins, and drivers — all sharing one shipment lifecycle from quote to delivery, billing, and payout.
The Solution
The dashboard.naqely.com operational app (Next.js frontend + Java/Spring backend) delivers tailored home screens and permissions per role. Super Admins manage approvals, users, invoices, debts, refunds, and analytics. Suppliers create shipments, compare transport quotes, track GPS delivery, and manage sub-suppliers. Transport companies bid on loads, assign drivers, and monitor revenue. Drivers see active routes, live maps, delivery status updates, and daily stats. Core shipment flow: create → receive bids → accept → assign driver → GPS track → confirm delivery → invoice → pay/refund.
