Managing a large engineering workforce across multiple electrical and mechanical projects requires a system that can handle complex multi-level approvals, site-verified attendance, and high-precision labor allocation.
The Solution
A sophisticated, end-to-end Enterprise ERP and HRMS developed for Techno Company. We implemented a high-performance system featuring GPS-integrated attendance for field workers, automated organizational payroll with intelligent deduction handling, and a dedicated self-service portal for employees to request leaves, loans, and raises. The architecture supports multi-role dashboards for Admins, HR Managers, and Project Managers, providing real-time resource tracking and labor cost analysis across all engineering sites.

Technical Needs
The unified architecture uses a decoupled Next.js 14 frontend and a Java Spring Boot 3 backend. It leverages PostgreSQL for organizational data integrity, ECharts for real-time analytics, and secure JWT-based Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to manage permissions across the company hierarchy.
